Amazing deals in Hua Hin

As we head into the summer season which, is actually my favourite time in Thailand, most golf courses are dramatically dropping their rates and Hua Hin is now offering fantastic value for money.  The rates are at their cheapest during the annual Hua Hin Golf Festival which takes place in August & September each year.  Even at the iconic Black Mountain Golf Club the green fee during the festival comes down to THB2,050 including green fee at Banyan Golf Club its THB1,800 (green fee only).

At the other courses the average green fee during the golf festival is around THB1,000.

Multi-Round Deals

Black Mountain Golf Club

What more can you say about a golf course that has been setting the standards not only in Thailand but is generally recognised as one of the best in Asia.  It is always in immaculate condition and every time we visit we see new improvements to the course.  The good news is that they are building another 9-holes with claims that this will be the best 9-holes in Thailand – we can’t wait!

Banyan Golf Club

Banyan Golf Club Hua Hin may not have the same budget at its disposal as its illustrious neighbour but it is certainly on a par and has a more natural feel about it as the course designer has taken great care to integrate with layout with the natural surroundings.  A feature of the course are the buggies which come equipped with satnav so there is no need to guess the distance to the flag.

Springfield Royal Country Club

Springfield Royal Country Club is definitely one of the best golf courses in Hua Hin.  It’s a bit further from the centre of town so you get the benefit of more natural surroundings with lots of natural woodlands and mature trees.  As you would expect from a course designed by Jack Nicklaus there are more than enough challenges to keep every golfer happy.

Palm Hills Golf Club

 One of the older golf courses in Hua Hin but still one of our favourites and is good for higher handicappers being slightly shorter than some courses and with generous fairways.
