The procedures straight forward and worked well. There is an option to arrange collection to and from the course. Despite my request for a pick up I wasn't offered any assistance and had to make my own travel arrangements to the course. I was however offered from Banyan a courtesy bus back.

Recently I made an online reservation to play at one of the Thailand courses but did not receive acknowledgment from the club after 3 days, so I escalated to the site admin. I was very pleased I received almost instant response he would follow up and indeed, all acknowledgment then followed very smoothly. At the Thailand golf course, it was a breeze with all details taken care of. Great turnaround.
