Good. Driver speaks English good,arrived before our meeting time in Hotel Lobby and waited till we finished in the golf course.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. The existing positive reviews gave me the confidence to use them to book my own golf trip to Hua Hin in Thailand however due to an injury just prior to leaving I was forced to cancel my trip. Golfsavers offered me a credit to use when I am recovered from injury, or refund without issue. I will undoubtedly be re-booking my trip through Golfsaver as I have found their customer service to be exemplary in that they are knowledgeable about golf and deals available, prompt in responding to queries and questions (of which I asked many), reliable and accommodating. Booking golf packages with Golfsavers has been very easy and price attractive. Though their presentation and any changes to the packages are abit long winded, but a call to the office settles everything. Definitely will use them again in my future trips

It is simple and no problem for booking, even for foreigners.(I am a Japanese) No trouble was found on each golf courses when we have checked-in. I can recommend any golfers booking by this site. Excellent!

Bit slow n frustrating starting out but much improved once cs staff realised we were not just shopping around. Useful in countries where u cant book direct or language is an issue n didnt see any savings despite the name. Also ltd courses they were prepared to look at n absolutely no refund despite fact there was an earthquake n the most expensive course was damaged in parts as a result. That said, if u hv no other avenues to book the site wld be useful to use.

All my bookings were ok. I evev had to change one and it worked out fine.
