Upon arrival, the clubhouse appeared slightly dated but was well-maintained. We began at the 10th hole, a short par 4, where the fairway was a bit patchy and sloped, adding to the challenge. The greens played faster than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The course features several blind holes, adding an element of intrigue and fun to the game. The front nine was narrower, with blind greens requiring precise shots. A standout hole was just after a par 3, where the elevated tee box created the illusion of a longer distance to cross a hazard—a memorable and unique feature. While the course was enjoyable overall, parts of the front nine were soft, with some soggy patches on the fairways. Despite this, the course's layout and variety of holes made it a great place to play. The members were welcoming and friendly, adding to the pleasant atmosphere. After the game, the Chinese restaurant on-site served delicious food, rounding off the experience nicely.
