Danau Golf Club

The pick of the holes on this picturesque course is include the third with a par-3 where you tee off from a very elevated tee box below onto the green which is protected by three greenside bunkers. It's not as difficult as it looks as long as you keep your eye on the ball and not the view.

The fourth hole is a monster par-5 with trees along both side requiring that you keep it straight. A distant water tower acts as an aiming point as you approach the green.

The 12 ^{year old} has a very unusual island tee off in the middle of a lake which requires a carry of 150 meters to the safety of the fairway. It's not as difficult as it looks. If you reach the fairway Ok then it's a pretty simple task from here on in and most people score well here.

Fantastic finishing hole as you drive onto the fairway and then rolling upwards towards the multi-tiered slightly elevated green which is surrounded by bunkers. Essential that your approach lands on the correct level.

The greens here are quite hard and difficult to hold in the dry season and are usually very fast which can lead to some high scores. Beware if you have penalties for not reaching the ladies tees because some of them are 150 meters in front of the men's tees. You have been warned!

This is one of the cheaper courses in and around Kuala Lumpur so can get very crowded at weekends so if you have a choice we strongly recommend that you play midweek and it's a lot cheaper as well.
